Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange your full-priced item within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we only offer STORE CREDIT REFUND.
To initiate an exchange, please fill out our Return & Exchange Request Form.
IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY
- The exchange is only valid as long as the size is still available.
- Unless the product is damaged upon receipt or we sent you the wrong product/size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Please make sure the shoes you want to exchange are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging together with the receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the exchange and send them back to you.
*The exchange policy does not apply to pre-order items, sale items, limited edition products.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your store credit refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed. If it's been over 15 business days since approval, reach out to us at hayo.footwear@gmail.com
